To show appreciation for our customers who traveled with us, a reward program is established just for you:

1. Air & Sea Travel Center will offer $25.00 credit for all customers into their personal profile for every tour they have joined with us.  Credits can be used in any of our tours in the future. 
2. Moreover, customers are encouraged to refer their friends to join our tours.  For each referral person, you will be credited an additional $25.00 in your profile.  Please mention your name to the agent when she/he signs up a tour.  
3. All the credits can be accumulated.  The credits accumulate in the loyalty reward program can be redeemed on your future trips. 
4. The more tours you join or refer to your friends, the more credits you will be received.

REMARKS 

• Pricing Basis: Fares are per person in USD based on double occupancy and include all airline taxes, fuel surcharges, and local guide/driver gratuities.The tour price shown is current at time of listing and pricing on Aug 17, 2026

• Group Size & Adjustments: Escorted tour operating with a minimum of 20 passengers. The agency reserves the right to modify itineraries or adjust pricing for airfare increases, tax adjustments, or exchange rate fluctuations.

• Medical & Special Needs: Travelers requiring medical attention or special accommodations must provide written details in the Tour Supplemental Information section. Travelers needing assistance should travel with a capable companion and consult their agent regarding tour suitability. Air & Sea Travel may reject or cancel bookings when necessary; applicable cancellation penalties remain the traveler’s responsibility.

• Health Protocol & Safety: Travelers are welcome regardless of vaccination status. Testing, vaccination, or additional documentation may still be required by specific destinations. Travelers should verify current government requirements before departure. Vaccination is recommended, and health and safety protocols may change to comply with local regulations.

PAYMENT POLICY

• Payment Methods: Cash or check payments only.

• Deposit: $350 per person deposit due upon application.

• Final Payment: Full balance is due by January 4, 2027. Late payments may result in reservation cancellation and applicable penalty charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Notice Requirement: All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• Jan 4 – Feb 18, 2027: 50% penalty of the total tour price plus any incurred service fees.

• Feb 19, 2027 – Departure / Tour Withdrawal: 100% penalty of the total tour price (non-refundable; no service substitutions accepted).

• Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended at the time of booking.
