Singapore Pre – Cruise Tour
Day 1**Jan 6 | Honolulu – Taipei
We begin our journey by boarding an international flight to Taiwan. Meals and snacks will be served on the plane.
Day 2**Jan 7 | Overnight in Taipei
Upon arrival at Taipei, we will proceed to immigration & customs. Then we will board a shuttle bus to an overnight hotel near Taoyuan Airport.
Day 3**Jan 8 | Singapore | (D)
Singapore is the world’s only sovereign city-state in Southeast Asia. This Garden City is a great stopover with skyscrapers and subways of a modern, affluent city, a medley of Chinese, Malay, and Indian influences, a tropical climate, tasty food, good shopping and a vibrant night-life scene. Upon our arrival at the Singapore Changi International Airport, we will meet our Air & Sea representative and start our city tour to explore the history, culture and life style of multi-racial Singapore. Drive past the ‘Colonial Heart’ before proceeding to Merlion Park and Old Parliament House. Statues of Sir Stamford Raffles, sculpted by Thomas Woolner, is a popular icon of Singapore. The statue depicts Raffles, standing tall, arms folded, with an aura of quiet assurance. It was installed on Jubilee Day on 27 June 1887 at the Padang and relocated to the Empress Place during the Centenary Celebrations on February 6, 1919. We will have a photo stop at Esplanade, one of the busiest art centers in the world. In Singapore’s Chinatown we will get to spend some time exploring the maze of awning-draped shops and market stalls. Thian Hock Keng is one of the oldest and most important Hokkien temples in Singapore. It was visited by Chinese immigrants giving thanks to Ma Zu (Goddess of the Sea) for their safe voyage. Over the years, Thian Hock Keng has been restored several times. The latest restoration project won 4 architectural awards, including the most prestigious award from UNESCO Asia-Pacific Heritage 2001 Awards for Culture Heritage Conservation Building. After dinner, we will check-in to our hotel.
Day 4**Jan 9 | Singapore – Diamond Princess Cruise | (B)
After breakfast, enjoy our morning before we transfer to Port Singapore to embark on the Diamond Princess. Over 700 balconies, world-class gourmet dining and dazzling entertainment options are just the beginning of our sea-going adventure. There’s always something happening on board — from heading to the Princess Theater for a lavish original musical production to enjoying a blockbuster movie poolside under the stars or simply relaxing in a lounge sipping a cocktail where a live band is playing your song.

Day 14**Jan 19 | Singapore | (L)
Today, we will arrive at Singapore. After our disembarkation, we will meet an Air and Sea Representative and transfer Sentoda Singapore. Enjoy your free time and travel on the Sentosa Monorail. You can visit the attraction Sentosa Merlion, the legendary Merlion that is a 120 foot tall “half lion half fish” and the guardian of prosperity which personifies Singapore’s history as a port city. Nowadays, the majestic Merlion is a Singapore icon attracting visitors from all around the world. Or you can visit the famous Images of Singapore, an award-winning attraction that brings Singapore’s past to vivid life using multimedia displays, multi-screen theater presentations and life-sized tableaus depicting local history. You may want to try your luck at Resorts World Sentosa Casino, the biggest Casino in Asia. After lunch, we will visit Gardens By The Bay, One of Singapore’s top attractions is a flora wonderland. Located next to Marina Bay Sands, this 101-hectare attraction features award-winning conservatories, the iconic Supertrees, and plants that come from temperate and tropical forests.
Day 15**Jan 20 | Singapore – Honolulu | (B)
Today, we will take a flight back to Honolulu via Taipei, taking home lasting memories of a magnificent cruise vacation.

Jan 11 (Fri) | Malaysia – Kota Kinabalu City Tour (4 Hours)
Kota Kinabalu is located between the South China Sea and the towering ramparts of the Crocker Range. It has been the capital of Malaysia’s Sabah State in Northern Borneo since 1963 and occupies the site of Jesselton, the old British colonial capital. (Jesselton was razed during World War II.). The city tour will introduce us to this modern Malaysian city. We will pass by the Atkinson Clock Tower, an enduring landmark built in 1902 and the oldest standing structure in the whole of Sabah that survived the air raids and blitz of World War II. We will have photo stops at the Tun Mustapha Tower and the City Mosque, both memorable structures. The 30-story circular glass and steel Tower is one of only three buildings in the world constructed in this “suspended” manner and is the second tallest building on the island. We will visit the magnificent Sabah Museum, a showcase of Sabah’s rich cultural heritage. It’s one of the best places to learn about the indigenous culture as well as view weapons and artifacts. The flagship Sabah Museum Complex sits on over 40 acres and is surrounded by lush gardens. It is located at Old Palace Hill (Bukit Istana Lama) and consists of the Main Building, the Science and Technology Center, the Heritage Village, Ethno-Botanical Garden, and the Sabah Islamic Civilization Museum. Its architecture was inspired by traditional island structures. We will also find a number of traditional buildings including the Skull Hut and native houses of varied architectural designs in the Heritage Village. We will complete our Kota Kinabalu experience with a short stop at the Handicraft Market to buy some local souvenirs before returning to the ship.

Jan 14 (Mon) | Vietnam – Ho Chi Minh City (Phu My) Highlight Tour (8 Hours) | (L)
Today, we will arrive at the port of Phu My (pronounced “Foo Me”), the gateway to Ho Chi Minh City and the seaside resort of Vung Tau. Over three decades have passed since the Vietnam War ended with the fall of Saigon. Today, the name of this bustling metropolis on the Mekong River is Ho Chi Minh City. Yet, the essence of the city, a major trading center since the 18th century, remains unchanged. The air is filled with the cries of street hawkers and honking horns. Bicycles, motorbikes and automobiles fly down the boulevards at dizzying speeds. And everywhere, we encounter friendly faces and warm greetings. As we follow the Saigon River and pass through a landscape of small villages, rice paddy fields, and rubber trees, we will arrive at Ho Chi Minh City. First stop is the National History Museum of Vietnam whose collection traces the cultural history of Vietnam with exhibits that feature stone and bronze artifacts, Champa art, ceramics and traditional costumes. At the National Museum Theater, we can enjoy a traditional Vietnamese water puppet performance. We will drive past the Botanical and Zoological Gardens, City Hall, Ho Chi Minh Park and the site of the U.S. military’s weekly updates at the Rex Hotel, home of the infamous “Friday Night Follies.” We will have an orientation tour of the Opera House, Notre Dame Cathedral, the French Colonial Post Office and a photo stop at Independence Palace or the Former Presidential Palace of South Vietnamese government before 1975. After enjoying the famous traditional Vietnamese Noodles Lunch, we will have a brief visit at Binh Tay Market to shop before heading back to the pier.

Jan 16 (Wed) | Thailand – Best of Bangkok (Laem Chabang) (8 Hours) | (L)
Laem Chabang is our gateway to Bangkok. This enchanting city on the Chao Phraya River is a magical place where graceful dancers perform in shimmering silk gowns, temples with gold-leaf spires harbor priceless Buddhas and riverboats cruise a maze of canals. The only nation in Southeast Asia to escape colonial rule, Thailand offers a rich and ancient culture that flowered unhindered by Western influence. Proud and strongly nationalistic, the Thai people call their nation Muang Thai – “Land of the Free.” First, we will visit one of the most beautiful gardens in the world, Nong Nooch Tropical Garden. Nongnooch garden opened to the public in 1980, and added to the garden was a daily Thai cultural show and elephant show within the theater. Today is one of the most popular attractions of Thailand as well as a center of world botanical significant under the concept “a garden for all people of this world”. After lunch, we will transfer to Pattaya Bazaar, is located in the heart of Pattaya. There are many different products to choose, such as local product, Craft hand-made souvenirs, clothes, jewelry, shoes, clothing, luggage, scarves, scented soaps, and many were critical to its cheaper price. After shopping, we will enjoy a Thai Traditional Massage (1 hour) before transfer back to the ship.

Written notice is required for any cancellation. $200 penalty if you cancel within Sep 1 – Sep 30, 2018.
The cancellation fee will be as follows if cancelled after:
** Sep 1, 2018 $200 plus any other service fee caused from the cancellation;
** Oct 1, 2018, 50% of total price plus any other service fee caused from the cancellation;
** Nov 1, 2018 or withdrawing during the tour shall be regarded as willingly giving up all rights concerned, 100% of total price, and request for other services as a substitute/replacement shall not be accepted. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance when you make your reservation
