Day 1 – 2**Nov 18 – 19 | Honolulu – Hong Kong
We will start our trip by boarding an international flight to Hong Kong. Meals and snacks will be provided on board. Hong Kong is one of the world’s most cosmopolitan cities where East truly meets West. It is one of the world’s most significant financial centers, shopping and food paradise cities. An Air & Sea Travel representative will greet and escort us to the hotel.

Day 3**Nov 20 | Hong Kong | (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, you can explore the city on your own and enjoy the local shopping scene. In the afternoon, we will have a half-day tour to see the legendary highlights of Hong Kong, from its sweeping vistas to its most intimate corners. We begin by riding the Peak Tram to Victoria Peak, the 1,800-foot summit that soars over the city’s skyscrapers. Known as “the Peak” by locals, it offers breathtaking views of the metropolis, Victoria Harbor and Kowloon Peninsula. Next, we will explore Aberdeen Fishing Village, where hundreds of people live on fishing junks, a stark contrast to the high-rise community that has risen on the island. The magic of this ancient fishing port remains and it continues to be a scenic highlight for any Hong Kong Island tour. We end our tour by browsing in Stanley Market, a picturesque maze of lanes lined with a rich array of open air stalls selling clothing, jewelry, ornaments and all kinds of keepsakes.
Day 4**Nov 21 | Hong Kong – Zhuhai | (B, L)
This morning, we will take an early ferry to Zhuhai, one of the original Special Economic Zones established in the 1980s. It is also one of China’s premier tourist destinations, known as the Chinese Riviera. According to a 2016 report by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Zhuhai is the most livable city in China for the third year in a row. We will check-in at Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel, the largest ocean ecological themed hotel in China, built with the cooperation of the world’s leading architects, interior designers, and landscape designers. The hotel is located in Hengqin Island’s Chimelong International Ocean Tourist Resort. Aiming to create a truly enjoyable experience, we can take a Water Taxi on the 1000-meter Grand Canal that connects the hotel to the Chimelong Ocean Kingdom. The park offers seven different aquatic-themed areas, each symbolizing a different part of the ocean. Chimelong Ocean Kingdom has the largest Underwater Viewing Dome, Aquarium Tank, Aquarium Window and Acrylic Panel. The Guinness Book of World Records reports the aquarium boasts a total water volume of 12.87 million gallons.

Day 5**Nov 22 | Zhuhai – Zhongshan | (B, L, D)
This morning, we will transfer to Honolulu’s Sister City – Zhongshan, the birthplace of Dr. Sun Yat-sen (also known as Dr. Sun Zhongshan). Dr. Sun Yat-sen was the first president and founding father of the Republic of China. After lunch, we will head to Zhan’s Garden, also known as Zhongshan Grand Mansion or Zhongshan Da Zhai Men (a large old-style house) built in 1998. It is the largest private classical-style garden in southern China. Zhan’s Garden, designed by owner Huang Yuanxin and built by hundreds of skilled craftsmen in gardening from all over the country, covers about one hectare (2.5 acres) and took 5 years to complete. The art of classical-style gardens has a long history in China dating back to the Pi Jiang Garden in Dongjin Dynasty (4th Century AD). Compared to the massive and magnificent royal gardens in the Beijing area, this private garden is famous for its delicate, gentle and free style.

After enjoying the hotel breakfast, please feel free to enjoy a relaxing morning. You can visit old friends or explore the charming city on your own. After lunch, we will attend the Chrysanthemum Exhibition in Xiaolan Town where local folks have kept their practice of flower cultivation for several hundred years. There are over 3,000 different varieties and colors of chrysanthemum flowers. The chrysanthemum is a traditional subject in Chinese artwork and literature and is one of the “Four Gentlemen” of China (the others are the plum blossom, the orchid, and bamboo). The bloom and specified horticulture of chrysanthemum has given the town the famous name, “the City of Chrysanthemum”. Tonight a special Chrysanthemum Banquet has been arranged for dinner.
Day 7**Nov 24 | Zhongshan – Shenzhen | (B, L)
We will drive to Shenzhen today, a major mainland China city across Sham Chun River from Hong Kong. It was first given economic liberalization and later became one of the most successful special economic zones in China. We can’t leave China without eating Cantonese Dim Sum for lunch! After Dim Sum and tasty Roast Goose for lunch, we will enjoy shopping at Luohu Shopping Complex — five floors of shops selling a wide variety of items.

Day 8**Nov 25 | Shenzhen – Hong Kong – Honolulu | (B)
Today, we will take a ferry to the Hong Kong International Airport for our return flight home, taking with us lasting memories of this wonderful tour to China.

Day 8 **Nov 25 | Shenzhen – Macau | (B)
After enjoying breakfast in the hotel, please enjoy free time in the morning. Then we will take the ferry to Macau, the biggest casino city in the world and one of the oldest European Settlements in the Orient. First stop, The Ruins of St. Paul’s, a grand imposing facade of an early 16th century church designed by Italians and built by Japanese Christian exiles. Now, it is one of Macau’s best known landmarks and officially listed as part of Macau’s historic center, the 31st designated UNESCO World Heritage site in China. Next, we will visit the Macau Tower, the 11th highest tower in the world. Entry to the observation deck is optional. Then we will go to A-Ma Temple, a temple to the Chinese sea-goddess Mazu located in São Lourenço, Macau and built in 1488. We can also try our luck at the Macau Casino before returning to Hong Kong.

Today, enjoy a free leisure time on your own in the morning. In the afternoon, we will take the hotel shuttle bus to the pier and board the Turbo Jet to Hong Kong. Upon our arrival, we will check into our hotel and enjoy the rest of the day on our own.

Hong Kong City Tour – USD$140/PP **Minimum 15 People
Your choices today are either an optional day excursion to Lantau Island or spend leisure time on your own. Lantau Island is the largest island in Hong Kong. You can take the Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car to experience the cultural heritage such as Po Lin Monastery and the Tian Tan Giant Buddha. You may also travel further to Tai O fishing village and its traditional houses on stilts.
Day 11**Nov 28 | Hong Kong – Honolulu
Today, enjoy a free leisure time on your own in the morning. In the afternoon, we will transfer to the airport for our return flight home via Taipei, ending our fantastic tour of the Chrysanthemum Festival, Macau and Hong Kong Extension.

Today, we will take a ferry to the Hong Kong International Airport for our extension to Manila, the capital of the Philippines and the most densely populated city proper in the world. Upon our arrival, an Air & Sea representative will greet and escort us to the hotel. Tonight’s dinner will be arranged at the hotel.

Day 9**Nov 26 | Manila – Corregidor Island – Manila | (B, L, D)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will start our full-day trip to Corregidor Island. This tadpole-shaped island lying at the entrance of Manila Bay, 25 miles west of Manila, is a symbol of determined resistance by Filipino and American soldiers against Japanese invaders during World War II. “The Rock,” as it is often referred to, is accessible by an hour’s fast ferry ride from Manila. A tour of Corregidor by boarding a Tranvía is a trip down memory lane for war veterans and history buffs. The island is strewn with rusty gun batteries and battle-scarred buildings – each with poignant stories to tell. The highlights of the tour are the Topside, which was the nucleus of the complex containing the Army headquarters, parade ground, and cinema; the Mile Long Barracks which once housed 8,000 men; and the Middleside, which has more barracks and the hospital. There’s Suicide Cliff where Japanese soldiers jumped to their deaths to avoid surrender and the Pacific War Memorial, a museum displaying war relics and photos. The Light and Sound Show shouldn’t be missed. It is a multi-vision show where moving moments of the war are shown within the confines of Malinta Tunnel. After lunch, we will take the ferry back to Manila. Tonight, a Kultura Filipino Dinner Show is arranged. Kultura Filipino, features the Philippines’ traditional songs and dances presented by the country’s top performing groups.
Day 10**Nov 27 | Manila | (B)
After breakfast in the hotel, enjoy free leisure time and explore Manila on your own. You can visit the fashionable Glorietta and Greenbelt Lifestyle shopping complexes for shopping, dining and leisurely spending time. Glorietta Mall is an extensive mall with five indoor shopping areas that houses mid to high-end restaurants, cinemas, clothing stores, arcades, and fitness centers. At the heart of the mall is an atrium for exhibits, trade shows, and lifestyle events. Greenbelt is an upscale shopping mall, featuring enclosed and open-air areas and five shopping areas. The 250-square meters mall has high-end retail shops, dining options, and leisure and entertainment spots. Greenbelt is abundant in foliage and even has its own park. It is an ideal mall for people who are tired of the usual concrete-heavy hangouts.
Day 11**Nov 28 | Manila | (B, L)
Today, we will tour Old Manila. First, we will take a short drive for a photo-stop at Rizal Park, once the site of a native community called Bagumbayan outside the Spanish walls of Intramuros. The focal point of the park is the Rizal Monument, built in honor of the country’s national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal, executed here at dawn on December 30, 1898. After lunch, we will proceed to the heart of the old Spanish city, Intramuros, where the history of Manila as a capital city began. We first visit Fort Santiago, the country’s foremost cultural relic where key moments in Philippine history have occurred. Also within the walls of Intramuros is the country’s oldest structure dating back to the 16th century – the San Agustin Church and Monastery. Its extensive collection of religious artifacts makes it the country’s largest ecclesiastical museum. Cross over to beautiful Casa Manila, one of the 5 well preserved homes at the old Plaza San Luis Complex that offers refuge to 17th-19th Century memorabilia and antique furniture. Before we return to the hotel, we will visit the Greenhills Shopping Center, located in the city of San Juan with over 2000 stalls of bargain clothing, accessories, restaurants and souvenirs. You can practice your haggling skills and enjoy dinner on your own here.
Day 12**Nov 29 | Manila – Honolulu | (B)
Today, enjoy free leisure time on your own in the morning. In the afternoon, we will transfer to the airport for our return flight home ending our fantastic tour of the Chrysanthemum Festival and Manila Extension.

In the event payment balance is not made within the required time period, Air and Sea Travel Center reserves the right to cancel reservations and charge a cancellation fee.
Written notice is required for any cancellation. $350 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 70 days before departure.
Within 70 days before departure, the cancellation fee will be as follow:
** 69-31 days prior to departure, 50% of total price plus any other service fee caused from the cancellation;
** 30 days prior to departure or withdrawing during the tour shall be regarded as willingly giving up all rights concerned, 100% of total price, and request for other services as a substitute shall not be accepted. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance when you make a reservation.
