1. Air & Sea Travel Center will offer $25.00 credit for all customers into their personal profile for every tour they have joined with us.  Credits can be used in any of our tours in the future. 
2. Moreover, customers are encouraged to refer their friends to join our tours.  For each referral person, you will be credited an additional $25.00 in your profile.  Please mention your name to the agent when she/he signs up a tour.  
3. All the credits can be accumulated.  The credits accumulate in the loyalty reward program can be redeemed on your future trips. 
4. The more tours you join or refer to your friends, the more credits you will be received.

1. Free International air ticket from East Coast or West Coast Gateway City offered by Viking River Cruises is available (sign up by Apr.18, 2022)
2. Fares are per person, USD based on double occupancy and include all airline taxes and fees

4. Cruise accommodation based on double occupancy Standard Cabins.  Upgrade to French Balcony Cabins or Veranda Cabins are based on availability.   First come, first serve.
5. Guests may take a COVID-19 PCR test (with a laboratory-certified proof of negative result) within 72 hours prior to boarding your first international flight from your home country, subject to change
6. As a complimentary service at the end of your itinerary, Viking will provide you with the COVID-19 test result needed for your return flight home, subject to change

8. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary to ensure smooth operation
9. Tour price is subject to change according to any airfare increase, increase in government taxes, additional fuel charges and fluctuation of the rate of exchange between U.S. and foreign currency
10. It is mandatory to inform Air and Sea Travel of any existing conditions that may require medical attention or accommodations during the trip.  You need to provide this information in writing in the Tour Supplemental Information section of the application.  If you do not have a travel companion who can help you with your special needs, you need to talk to your agent to determine if this is an appropriate tour for you.   Some tours may be too strenuous depending on your condition.  Air and Sea Travel reserves the right to reject or cancel your booking.  You are responsible for any cancellation penalty that this may incur.  
11. All guests travelling on this Journey are required to be fully COVID vaccinated at least 14 days prior to departure.  Vaccines combined with multi-layered preventative health and safety measures will help us provide a safe and healthy vacation environment.  Each guest must acknowledge vaccination status at the latest 7-days prior to departure and email proof of vaccination to Air & Sea Travel Center. Guests who are not old enough to be vaccinated or otherwise not eligible to be vaccinated will not be allowed on this trip.  All tour participants will be required to be fully vaccinated even if they have antibodies from prior infections, regardless of the guest’s citizenship and their local government’s regulations.
12. As government regulations evolve, our health and safety protocols will evolve as needed to ensure compliance. This may mean different protocols from state to state and city to city based on local requirements.

Payment Policy:

CHECK OR CASH PAYMENT ONLY.  A full payment is required at the time of application.  In the event balance payment is not made within the required time period, Air and Sea Travel Center reserves the right to cancel reservations and charge a service fee for cancellation.

Written notice is required for any cancellation.  The cancellation fee will be as follow for Viking River Cruise:

**Mar 30 – Apr 18, 2022:  35% of the cruise full fare plus any other service fee caused from the cancellation;

**Apr 19 – May 8, 2022:  50% of the cruise full fare plus any other service fee caused from the cancellation;

**May 9 – May 28, 2022:  75% of the cruise full fare plus any other service fee caused from the cancellation;

**From May 29, 2022 to departure or withdrawal during the tour shall be shall be regarded as willingly giving up all rights concerned, 100% of the total price, and the request for other service as substitute shall not be accepted.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance when you make your reservation.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Reservations shall be made through our staffs or your travel agents; please book as early as possible for each group has limited space.
• For the interests of tour group and all its participants, the tour leader or the representative of Air & Sea Travel reserves the right to cancel the tour of any persons who have hindered the activities and benefits of the tour group; provided an unused portion of the tour of the involved person(s) exists, it shall be calculated and refunded when back to the United States.  Once the persons leave the tour group, Air & Sea Travel will not be responsible for their conduct.
• Tour prices are subject to change.  Air & Sea Travel reserves the right to adjust the listed prices prior to departure for any reasons like increased costs or exchange rate of foreign currency.  
• Air & Sea Travel is a travel agency that arranges with airlines, cruiselines, hotels, ground operations and other firms (collectively, “Companies”) to provide Air & Sea Travel customers (“Customers” or “Customer”) with the Companies’ services and/or accommodations. Air & Sea Travel does not own or operate any of the Companies that provide their services or any of the options which may be available in connection with Customers’ trips, and Air & Sea Travel does not guarantee performance by any of the Companies. Each Customer agrees not to hold Air & Sea Travel liable or responsible for any loss or injury that a Customer may suffer as a result of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, of any of the Companies or their agents or employees. Furthermore, each Customer agrees that Air & Sea Travel is not liable or responsible for the quality of the services provided by the Companies, the condition or cleanliness of any accommodations, any transportation delays that may occur, any inconvenience, shortened trip time, additional expense, or any other kind of damage or expense a Customer may suffer. Air & Sea Travel will also not be liable for any governmental actions, weather conditions, mechanical problems, acts of God or other circumstances beyond its control. If a Customer fails to obtain required documentation, including passports, visas, and health certificates, and/or fails to follow instructions provided by Air & Sea Travel or any of the Companies, including, but not limited to, airline check-in times, and is therefore unable to use or enjoy the travel arrangements, the Customer will forfeit all amounts paid for the services or accommodations. In the event of a delay, it is the responsibility of the Companies involved to determine the procedure that will be followed. Air & Sea Travel is not responsible for any policy implemented by any of the Companies.
• Air & Sea Travel will provide to Customers the information that is available and that Air & Sea Travel has in its possession. Air & Sea Travel, however, does not guarantee the accuracy of said information.   
• While Customers may engage in activities while on a trip, including, but not limited to, swimming, water sports, car rentals and other means of transportation (“activities”), Customers understand that these activities may be dangerous and participation shall be at the Customer’s own risk. Air & Sea Travel is not liable for any injuries sustained by a Customer that arise out of, or are related to, a Customer’s engagement in such activities.
• Tour Price Includes:  
  1. Air transportation: We reserve the right to choose any major carriers for round-trip group rate ticket on economy class, with departure from U.S.A.
  2. Hotels: Costs are based on two people sharing a twin-bedded room.  For persons requiring a single room, the supplement cost is shown.  Requirement for single room should be indicated when making reservations and payment of single supplement should be made.
  3. Meals: As indicated in itinerary either at hotel, local restaurant or onboard flight, train or ship.
  4. Sightseeing: Tours as indicated in itinerary.  If circumstances dictate the weather, time, safety, political factors or others), alternative program will be arranged.
  5. Entrance fee: Entrance tickets of places of interests and some visit included as indicated in itinerary.
• Tour Price Excludes:  
  1. Personal expenses, like phone bills, laundry, alcohol, drinks, spring water, mails, insurance, visa fee, excessive weight of luggage, etc.
  2. Additional activities or programs excluded in itinerary.
  3. Costs caused by weather, strike, blocked or delayed transportation or other causes beyond human control, shall be shared by all tour group members.

Consumer's Rights

(Chapter 468L, Hawaii Revised Statutes)

As a consumer, you have the following rights regarding the purchase of travel and related services from travel agencies registered in Hawaii:

• The right to be informed by the travel agency, prior to the purchase of travel services from the travel agency, of any limitations, conditions, events, circumstances, orother business or commercial factors which may affect the availability of the travel services and your ability to obtain a refund of monies paid for the travel services.
• The right to rely on any promises, guarantees, representations, or information provided by the travel agency, regarding travel services. These include, but are not limited to:  1) the availability of travel services offered or sold by the travel agency; 2) the conditions for obtaining a refund of monies paid for the travel services; and 3) the nature or quality of the travel services provided.
• The right to have the travel agency fulfill any term or condition of the contract for travel services between you and the travel agency, whether the term or condition was made in writing or otherwise by the travel agency.
• The right to have the travel agency fulfill   any promises, guarantees, or representations made by the travel agency regarding travel services, whether the promises, guarantees, or representations are made by the travel agency  in writing  or verbally.
• The right to be informed of any conditions, upon which the contract between the travel promoter and the entity providing the transportation or related services may be cancelled, and the respective rights and obligations of all parties in the event of cancellation.
• The right to obtain the ticket or other similar documentation for travel services from the travel agency, upon making full payment to the travel agency.
• The right to a refund within 14 calendar days from the date the refund is requested of all monies paid to the travel agency for travel services which are not performed in accordance with the contract for travel services. However, the travel agency may withhold any amounts for cancellation fees previously disclosed to you, and any amounts held by the ultimate provider of the travel services, or by a representative that the ultimate provider required the travel agency to contract with.
• The right to bring legal action against any travel agency that violates these rights.
